BecAim AI (“BecAim”, “we”, “us”) is a product of Bizsaclabs Softtech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. BecAim is a personal-growth platform that turns your goals into daily AI-generated missions, with a social feed, groups, an AI mentor and weekly challenges. These Terms govern your use of the BecAim mobile and web app, including any Progressive Web App (PWA) install and our Android / iOS native builds.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BecAim, and at least 18 in jurisdictions where that is the legal age. You agree to provide accurate phone/email info, choose a non-impersonating username, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
BecAim uses third-party AI models (currently Claude by Anthropic) to generate missions, challenge ideas, observations and chat responses. AI output is for guidance only — it is not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant BecAim a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute and improve the service using your public content.
You will not: post hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, threats, doxxing, spam, malware, or content that infringes IP. You will not scrape, reverse-engineer, automate, or interfere with other users’ experience. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion to enforce these rules.
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, billed through the listed payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds follow the payment provider’s policy unless local law requires otherwise.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes your posts, comments, missions, goals, follows, group memberships and direct messages within 30 days. We may retain limited anonymised analytics. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
BecAim is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where required by law, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the last 12 months, or (b) US $50.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
